Successful completion of the research project would require 1) A minimum of three constructs measured on an interval scale. 2) Use of both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques 3) Development and analysis of a mediation model, as shown in the guideline attached. The research question is Gender Discrimination: A Close Investigation of its Impact on Employee Performance in an Organization.

You are supposed to design an appropriate research methodology to investigate the issue by identifying the research variables (Literature reviews are provided), collecting sample data (questionnaire and proposal attached please use it for all info regarding data collection part), analyze and discuss your findings. You should use mixed methods scholar articles, both quanitiative and qualitative. For data collection (refer to methodology in guidelines attached for detailed instructions to follow carefully) you are required to give complete information about who, what, when, where, and how the data was collected, questionnaire is attached but you will have to do the survey and add results as well as explaining the procedures for obtaining the data collected also include the forms or manner by which it was recorded. Please refer to the sample excel sheet for data collection, you will be required to do the same tests. A sample for both the powerpoint you will have to do and the final research report are attached for your reference. Please make sure that the powerpoint is professional and add further details and explaination in the comments for all the data and numbers (results) included in the ppt. There are five literature reviews that are attached; each literature review is based on one variable (2 independent, 1 dependent and 1 mediator). I have already chosen the variables for you. The variables are: Independent variables: 1- affective commitment 2- normative commitment. Dependent variables: 1- Employees’ productivity Mediator variable: 1- Firm sustainability; they are all attached for you to summarize in the field of study for the final report.
