Leadership Practice One: Modeling in the Way

How does personal experience affect leadership? What specific practices by this leader most effectively “modeled the way” for their organization? Be thorough in covering all those practices that made this leader a model, i.e., an example, for others to follow. please give an example of the time when you have “modeled the way”, where you set the positive example for others with whom you work or associate? personal experiences relating to leadership.

Please provide an example of a time when you have helped to “inspire a shared vision” of the future in a group of individuals.
