How do you evaluate the performance of a non profit organization? (e.g. the increase in client complaints about the service, the decline in the number of clients, slow response to service requests, or the increase in the number of service errors made).
- Discuss a set of possible reasons that may cause the performance. You can refer to the slides where I discuss the factors that affect performance.
- Explain how these reasons may affect the performance.
- Suppose that you plan to conduct a performance analysis to find the true causes of performance. Discuss any possible organizational constraints that may affect performance improvement. Refer to chapter 1 of the textbook where Wang discusses several factors that could affect organizational performance.
