Program Evaluation Report
This week you will write the final evaluation report of your program evaluation.
The final report should include the information developed in weeks 1 through 4 revised based on the instructor’s feedback and the following information from this week:
An executive summary
Discuss how the findings will be presented to stakeholders
Discuss possible reasons why the findings may not be utilized and strategies to encourage utilization of the findings
Discuss what a learning culture is, if the nonprofit has a learning culture, and how the evaluation findings can facilitate the development or growth of the learning culture
The final program evaluation report should include:
An executive summary
Information about the nonprofit and nonprofit program including the nonprofit’s history, mission statement, and brief description of its programs
A detailed description of the program being evaluated and the nonprofit’s stakeholders
The type of program evaluation being conducted
The program criteria
A discussion of an ethical issue, its potential impact on stakeholders, and strategies to address the issue
The program evaluation’s methodology including type of method being used, data sources, and measures
Expected results and findings
A discussion of how the findings will be presented to stakeholders
A discussion of how the various stakeholders will likely react to the findings
A discussion of possible reasons why the findings may not be utilized and strategies to encourage utilization of the findings
A discussion of what a learning culture is, if the nonprofit has a learning culture, and how the evaluation findings can facilitate the development or growth of the learning culture.
