Military intervention on territory of a state
Military intervention on territory. Military intervention on the territory of a state without an invitation by this state or an authorisation by the UNSC, for whatsoever reason, cannot be implemented without violating a State’s ‘territorial integrity’ and/or ‘political independence’ within the meaning of UN Charter. Some people may argument any state can go into another state without invitation and at the same it can respect their territorial integrity’ and/or ‘political independence but this statement is not possible as soon as anything across the border without invitation or permission from the security consul , then immediately that will violate territorial integrity.
