I am researching articles about how adults and children deal with their anxiety and ways anxiety could be triggered as well. JSTOR has also been a great website to use and reference. The tedious part about this process is narrowing down the main topics that I will focus on as well as the articles that I will use. There is plenty of information provided for generalized anxiety that is good, but an intimidating thing. I am also trying to stay current and up to date with my research by avoiding outdated information.
