Use the text and the associated metaphors along with applicable leadership theories and approaches (power, transactional, management, others, etc.).
Key figures or thinkers in the field of organizational development and theory.
Important events (at least 10) that challenged organizations through the years.
Part 2 Continuation of timeline from Part 1. Please separate into two different papers but label Part 1 & Part 2
Chronicle the history of cultural responsiveness in organizational development.
Be sure to include:
“Mile markers” of cultural significance in business and organizations.
Key figures leading in the cultural responsiveness in organizations.
Significant shifts in organizational development (diversity training, etc.).
Changes in law and policy relating to cultural responsiveness.
These new additions should include at least 8 key points along the timeline.
